Royal Mail Standard First Class Service
With Royal Mail standard first class service although not guaranteed the service aims to deliver next day including Saturdays.
Royal Mail First Class Signed for Service
With recorded signed for, although not guaranteed but you get next day delivery with most first-class items you also get:
- Proof of posting
- Signature on delivery
- Online confirmation of delivery
This method is available for orders less than 8.8KG
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery
With Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, it guarantees a next day delivery (orders before 1pm)

Same Day Dispatch (UK Only)
All orders must be placed by 12:00 pm for same day dispatch (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12:00 pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Free Delivery (Terms & Conditions Apply)
Delivery is free on orders over £50 (applies to UK Mainland orders only). If you shop for less than £50, then the standard delivery cost will be £4.99. The cut-off time for processing orders on the same day is 12pm. We aim to deliver all standard deliveries within 3-5 working days. In very rare cases delivery may be subject to delays due to adverse weather if the delivery address is in a remote location or mislocated by Royal Mail where it might take up to 10 working days.
Same Day Dispatch (Order by 12pm Mon - Thurs)
Next day (working) delivery P&P is £7.99. Orders placed on a Friday (after 12:00 pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday (Public Holidays excluded). Next day delivery service for large & heavy items such as home decors & furniture may take extra 2/3 days in some cases.
*Please note that some of the very heavy and fragile items (mentioned on the website) are not offered with delivery service, they can only be collected from our store.
FREE Click & Collect
Store collection is FREE of charge and can be collected from 618-620 Bearwood Road, Smethwick, Birmingham B66 4BW.
When collecting orders from the store, customers must provide a photo ID (Passport or Driving License). If they cannot provide a photo ID, they must provide a utility bill that matches the customer’s name and billing address. Without this requested information, the order cannot be collected. Please allow 2 hours to prepare your orders, you can call us to collect them earlier if you are in a hurry!
Europe & Worldwide Delivery
International delivery charges & times will vary. European deliveries take 5+ days. Some of the large items for international delivery may cost extra, we will be able to inform you about the exact cost by email if it’s different from the suggested delivery cost.
Note: Customer is responsible for any local taxes / international customs duties and customer clearances charges (if any). The customer will be liable for the postage costs of the parcel in case it is returned to us due to non-payment of customs and border charges.
